Andre Kock & Son of Limpopo works closely with its parent company, Andre Kock & Son of Vryburg, and inherits all of its experience and expertise of more than 50 years in auctioneering.
Our Team of Experts
Our formidable team of approximately 30 people, have more than 25 years of experience in bringing together the right buyers and the right sellers, at all our auctions.
Farm Visits
Our in-field marketing personnel always make sure they are as well informed as possible regarding the intention of farmers who want to buy and sell livestock.
Once a farmer requests a farm visit, we schedule the soonest available time and upon arrival we begin evaluating the livestock which is earmarked for auction.
We work with the farmer to select the livestock and establish the procedure prior to the auction for any pregnancy inspections. We will also assist the farmer to develop a marketing strategy, and assist in the drafting of advertisements and catalogues. On the day of the auction we have a professional team that will categorize and numbering the animals.
Our Marketing Strategy
Our in-the-field marketing team is always ready to deliver the best advice regarding the buying and selling of livestock as we always have the interests of our buyers and sellers at heart.
We make sure to work closely with the relevant anti-theft police units to ensure that you never purchase stolen cattle. We are extremely involved with both up-and-coming and established black farmers.
We can also assist our clients with bridging capital, if there is a shortfall of cash. However, cash is generally not a problem, as we try to make absolutely sure that we always deal with top quality and healthy livestock that buyers are always happy to pay cash for.
